We will establish a world-class nucleus farm that serves as a model for sustainable agriculture in Uganda. Through organic farming practices, innovative technologies, and knowledge transfer, we aim to enhance food security, promote environmental stewardship, and uplift local farming communities.

1. Nucleus Farm


Our state-of-the-art fruit processing facility will add value to Uganda's agricultural produce. By transforming fruits into high-quality products such as juices, jams, and dried fruits, we seek to promote value addition, expand export opportunities, and empower local farmers.

3. Gold Refinery, Gold Vault, at Entebbe Airport

We will invest in a comprehensive infrastructure for gold refining, secure storage, and efficient logistics at Entebbe Airport. This initiative aims to strengthen Uganda's mining sector, ensuring transparent gold processing, safe storage, and streamlined international trade.


4. Cold Storage and Logistics Hub at Entebbe Airport

To support Uganda's agricultural sector, we will establish cold storage facilities and a logistics hub at Entebbe Airport. This will enable efficient storage, transportation, and export of perishable agricultural products, contributing to reduced post-harvest losses and increased market access.


In collaboration with the Ugandan government, we will develop a robust UID (Unique Identification) system or Uganda National ID. This initiative aims to create a centralized database for citizen identification, enhancing service delivery, governance, and security across various sectors.

5. UID/Uganda National ID


We will contribute to the growth of Uganda's oil sector by investing in an oil refinery. This strategic move aims to promote local value addition, foster job creation, and ensure the availability of refined petroleum products within the country.

Through agroforestry projects, we will integrate trees into agricultural landscapes to promote sustainable land management and carbon sequestration. By generating carbon credits, we aim to mitigate climate change, enhance biodiversity, and create economic opportunities for local communities.

7. Agroforestry/Carbon Credits


The establishment of a commodities bank will provide financing solutions, storage facilities, and market access for agricultural commodities and minerals. This initiative aims to foster fair and transparent trading practices, boost economic growth, and empower farmers, miners, and traders.

9. Gold Mining Land

We will invest in gold mining operations by acquiring suitable land for exploration and extraction of gold deposits. Through responsible and sustainable mining practices, we aim to contribute to Uganda's mining sector, create employment opportunities, and generate revenue for the country.


In collaboration with the Central Bank of Uganda, we will explore the development and implementation of a Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC). This innovative initiative aims to modernize the financial system, enhance financial inclusion, and improve the efficiency, security, and transparency of financial transactions.

10. Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC)


We will establish a Centre of Excellence to foster research, innovation, and capacity building across our business sectors. This center will serve as a hub for knowledge exchange, training programs, and industry best practices, contributing to the overall growth and development of Uganda's economy.

In line with the digital transformation of the financial sector, we recognize the importance of a Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) in facilitating secure, efficient, and inclusive financial transactions.
